So people this is about the state being broke without funds being poured in this fastest  way for them to get up and running .already agreement  in place to buy balmoral  just needed is changes to terms of deed which is easy since all parties agree. Dates already approveed in dec of 2020 so few months to fix legal documents  and agreement of terms and there back baby

Fact is show jumping made him no money as the group of people who bought it spent over 2million in just over 2 yrs barely  break even on costs they payed 1.6million then remodeled makes sense to sell if they get all there money back.and besides name two tracks in the us that dont have cheats or stiffing part of the risk when u bet it's never a sure bet

Did you not read the article posted it's on multiple  news channels or sources the Gov in involved himself to get  it done to increase sources  of revenues. What's the problem everyone's  bitching about  new deal and try open, yet if they do open all of you will bet races if you get good odds

Ira is a great guy who did a ton for the horsemen and for the sport over the past 45+ years. open stretch? his idea. he also told me he was responsible for many of the exotic bets that Maywood added in since 1990. all them pick 4s and 5s? his idea he gave to antonides… but Ira never got the credit. 1/2 the ihha regs were his ideas too.

well, it's game over here at Maywood. thanks johnny Johnston for giving us fans the shaft!
