Fact is they need the Chicago machine located in Crook Co to change and ok Balmoral which resides in Will Co. The way the city is scraping for two nickels to rub together as pension funds are killing the city. After the Mayor gave into the teacher union 3rd time in 7 yrs Crook Co needs every penny. I seen the IHHA Tony Samone's comments about this Phil Goldberg...how fuckin rude! he rants about Goldberg not being a racing guy, then not being a gaming guy. well Tony, the last gaming guy is tied to wiretaps, political corruption in McCook and a few state senator's offices, and to a mob controlled bank. you IHHA creeps ran with open arms to this guy who'll be lucky to own 1 slot machine in Cahokia by the time they pull his gold rush bullshit gaming licenses all over the burbs.
