MEDICATION PROCEDURE VIOLATION
Dr. Kathleen McBurney is hereby assessed a fine of $200 for violation of Illinois Racing
Board Rule #603.70 (J)1A "The practicing Veterinarian shall be responsible for
administering the proper furosemide medication and dose at the proper time to the proper
horse" by failing to properly identify the 5th race #7 "ALMOST CUT MY HAIR" prior to Lasix
administration on June 28, 2019 necessitating a late scratch.
Besides being fat and lazy how does this happen? This must mean she is checking no tattoo numbers on any horse
What is the relationship between her and drunk ass Kennedy Lindsey - she is in the winners circle. She was with the horse before it went out on the track - did she give the horse something before it went out? Also it seems that this horse stays in this class - it started out NW4 30K, then condition sheet was $40K, then $60K. Why won't we just make it NW4 or $1mil lifetime. Or is she getting special favors from the Race Office? You test Tyler Sheehan every night - it wouldn't hurt to pass that breathalyzer to Kennedy Lindsey.
