Is Suffolk Downs soon to be history? I am confused when posts say no tbred tracks in the state

i for one like racing at the ridge and maine, all though im going to miss Scarborough when that shuts down. with the better purse money the owners will be able to afford better horses. that's my thinking any ways!!!!
