Pennwood owns Freehold... that’s 50% Parx(Greenwood) and 50% Penn National.... maybe there are legal issues to be sorted since both run casinos and racetracks separately in Pa.
They should have been ready day 1 and it’s inexcusable that the delay is well over a year now
