2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018, and again in 2019

I said it on another thread, tracks aren't owned by people any more the are owned by corporations, mostly casinos and they don't want racing. We cost them money, between the states and the casinos sooner rather than later they will take more money away from horseman. Look at the Meadows, the horseman had to buy the statue of Adios back after the land was sold by the last group of profiteers. It's all corporate greed. Tracks other than the Big M don't really do any promotions or advertising for racing, if you take the slot money away we will be racing ultra short meets for crap money. We also have no integrity or class look at the show we put on, not really classy anymore. The days of Greenwood, RR and packed crowds are all done get used to it.
get used to it? it's been dead for 40 years.

why dont you post inflation-adjusted yearly wagering totals for 2002 through 2018. You won't see a downward slope, nope.

Yeah the 'people' did a great job running those tracks--in the ground. Every harness tracks survive only because of subsidies. That is the surest sign of a dead industry.
