Tracks that don't pay 3/4 on Pick 4s and 5/6 on Pick 6s

Pompano just had a Pick 4 pool that went not hit. They announced a carryover of  $13,219.37 for Saturday yet the will pay for the two live horses was $14,886.65. Where'd the extra $1647.28 go? They didn't give on 3/4 (I had 3 of 4) so where's that extra money?

i noticed the same thing. pomp usually does things rite. this makes no sence. still manditory payoff on saturday.
