Who is James Crapsalott?

Very funny. His name is James Craparotta, and he is a police officer in Jamesburg, NJ.  Also a wanna be trainer who has horses with Pat Berry. My guess is that Berry is serving days so Craparotta is bearding for him.

A few years ago a police officer could not get a harness racing license in N Y.
May have changed now ?

True. Mike Santamaria I recall was a trainer in NY many moons ago.. Had to wait for retierment to get licensed.
