  Just to make sure "He isn't skimming off the top" of his government gift that is supposed to all go to horsemen.  Inside sources from the meadowlands have said ."he is paying himself, first" then putting what is left into the purse acct.
 I think harness racing, the state of New Jersey and the Sboanj should demand a special council be appointed to make sure Jeff isn't cooking the books and his tax returns dating from the year he took over the operations of the New Jersey facility should be made public for scrutiny

 This is why Jeff makes a campaign bribe to all Democrats in NY and NJ, he knows what side of the post he needs to grease.  If the Republicans ever take over in NY he better start greasing the poop shoot, cuz they will demand every one of his tax records.  Rich people don't get to where they are in life without greasing a few palms
