January Meadowlands Mixed Sale

up to last call for entries

I loved Art Scene last year, #149, sold for $150,000, 4 year old, thought he would be a nice earner

earned $33,912 so far this year for a good trainer

good thing I didn't bid

Buyers beware! There's always a reason why a horse is in a sale! In todays market, horses are bringing upwards of 40% over their value! One of the problems is that the bidders are usually using someone else's money!

sounds like someone buys the wrong horses and doesnt take accountability for his mistakes

sale topper Miso Fast sold for $250,000 and earned back $136,231 before being scratched lame on August 19th

Rock N tony has made $53 K this year, Sold for $175 K.. Ouchy..Raced against Freedomformysoul last start at Northfield, he went in 1:59.
