GOT THIS FROM BLUECHIP FARMS YESTERDAY.

THIS APPEARS TO BE WRITTEN AS IF THEY ARE ALL UNCERTAIN IF THIS HORSE WILL DRAW ANY INTEREST IF THEY WERE SURE WHY NOT JUST SAYS HES HEADING TO THE BREEDING SHED

Dear Breeder:

Owner, and Blue Chip Farms would like to solicit your level of interest in the opportunity to purchase shares in JIMMY FREIGHT p,3,1:48.3 ($834,294) in 2019. Extremely consistent, he won 18 out of 32 lifetime starts, and was 1st, 2nd or 3rd in all events save one. Jimmy Freight also accomplished that which is highly prized in a New York stallion prospect-a successful racing campaign on all sized tracks. It was exemplified by his setting track records at Yonkers (1/2 mile) in the Messenger Elimination, the Ontario Sire Stakes -Gold division at Rideau Carlton (5/8) as well as his multiple mile oval victories.

Subject to interest, a syndicate will be formed as outlined in the prospectus (click here.) The idea is to have Jimmy Freight standing at Blue Chip Farms in New York for a stud fee of $4,000 with a very attractive proposition for shareholders. Most notable is an advantageous buy in price of $14,000 per share (4 year payout at no interest) AND the ability to breed on a "2 for 1" basis during the first four years of service allowing breeders to maximum the opportunity to utilize their share purchase.

We only want to start down this path if we can build a strong enough syndicate to give Jimmy Freight and his shareholders a real chance at a long term commercial career.  To that end we would like your prompt feedback as to your level of interest in this opportunity. Time is of the essence.

To express you interest in buying a share(s) in Jimmy Freight please email "YES" or "NO" via this email link (please click), or by calling Jean Brown-Clearwater at 845-895-3930 EX 14.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
