Always a worthy pursuit to bet against underlaid horses the race after the Crown.

I know the pace was wicked fast and Alexa also melted so she had a legit excuse but Youaremycandygirl is going to be a short price Friday at Hoosier.

She was better earlier in the year, hasn't won a race for 2 months other than the elim at Pocono, she didn't melt in a similar paced race at Lex a few weeks ago... 

In other words, enough knocks

Not like Burke needs her in the race; he's got 6 of the 10. 

She's a play against at a short number.

BTW, how good was Kissininthesand on Saturday.

For 113k, not sure Burke will have her "ready" for this one and also the point that he has numerous others in the race. A definite bet against at any odds.

Kissin was huge and would have won for fun with half a trip, but still ground Candygirl into oblivion. May see a completely different type of trip for Candygirl except for the fact that speed crazy Gingras is still in the bike.

My pick in there is Baron Remy.  Was flying late in the Breeders Crown and figures to sit close to the pace and can beat Candy Girl at decent price
