Juice , When Cuomo rebuilt the New Tappan Zee Bridge representatives from Rockland County begged for a train to be added .It was a golden opportunity to connect the Lower and Mid Hudson Valley directly to Manhattan.It fell on deaf ears..Cuomo gives free college to those making under $100K while the rest of us have to pay for it..I could go on and on how many bad decisions Cuomo has made..Unfortunate ly the casino is one of many..
