Mark owns him Pig is correct. Hard to believe with all of his success at Saratoga. But if you are there you know it to be true. Mark owns the majority of the drivers and trainers. He somehow found a way to get to them. As far as the officials, them too.  I can’t think of many people he doesn’t own
