Don’t get the whole driver testing thing
So what if he had a few or did drugs
It’s not performance enhancing so what why should I care as gambler

Maybe for the same reason it's against the law to drive a car under the influence?

 MOST DRIVERS WOULD HAVE TO STUDY A WEEK JUST TO TAKE A PISS TEST
