 let's see. the tracks have adjusted their schedules so that you can get all of that in before the game. (except for the flame pit (flamboro) and ridiculous carleton) who have the gonads to run cards directly against the game. so do both if you have an outlet to actually bet the game. challenging to get paid from an offshore sportsbook these days so bet local if possible.

no, he passed away in freedom nh maybe 11 years ago or so. old stoneface famous for vanning down to roosevelt one august saturday night in early 70's with mountain skipper and going wire to wire in their prestigous (at that time) 25,000 open handicap after being asked to find a replacement driver as he wasn't good enough to compete with the likes of del insko and carmine and the boys. he refused and said if i can't drive my horse doesn't go. they relented and the rest is history.
