sure other livestock is raised and killed/processed the same way.

these horses are not bred for this specific purpose. people are expecting these things to race week in and week out to make some rich guy money. many of the people who profit from these horses have the means to care for or find care for these animals who often spent many years racing which is not natural for a horse to do. the reason they don't is greed and they are just horrible humans.
if you want to be a horrible human keep pumping these things with dope and then send them to the kill pen for 300 bucks.
