PA Code Title 7: 205.409(c) Mr. MacDonald raised his whipping arm above shoulder height
and used his whip with more than just wrist and elbow action while driving #1,
TIMEINONMYSIDE in the ninth race on July 20, 2024 at The Meadows. Mr. MacDonald is
fined $200 (fines are due within ten days of ruling) and has waived his hearing/appeal
rights.

At least his 5% could pay the fine!
