We raced and won for a purse of $8200 last week, this week, we are up 1 notch in class at Scioto and are going for $14500!!  If we raced here it would be $9200!!  Everything costs so much more!!  Training, Vet, Hay and transportation to name just a few!!  Who can afford to race at HP?? The field ain't much tougher and we have a good shot, so why bother to race here if I can run 2nd and get close to winning money for 1st at HP!!

WHY DON'T YOU TELL RICK TO STOP DRIVING HORSES AND COSTING PEOPLE MONEY.
I consider you to be one of the 3 STUPIDEST MOTHERFUCKERS to ever look through a bridal.

Plano nets NETS $300k-$400k a year.  Every year.  No partners on 95% of his horses.

50+ years and having  a blast.

Please remain silent, ya noodle.

Plano is thrown out of everywhere. He has to be 65-70 years old and the guy leaves with every horse and fucks up most races he drives in. If you think this guy can still drive horses then you should keep donating money to SCM and help him feed the rescue horses. The guy has lost all of his driving skills. Why do you think he is starting to list tetrick on a lot of his horses. When he is driving it’s an auto toss for me. Take away those two monster trotters that he paid 100k for and the guy would be bankrupt. And he doesn’t have owners for a reason. He wants to drive but his skills are all gone along with his health. He weights about 90 lbs and has cancer from what everyone is saying. Stick to what you know jewbag. I’ll book every Plano win bet when he drives for the rest of his life.

Key points and food for thought:

Who are you going to get to drive there?  The locals don't like to have outsiders take their purse $$$ home with them!

You also forgot about shipping costs and you have to race over a 'concrete' track like Scioto to boot!

How long will your horse physically last there?

Tyler Smith is driving!  Horse is sharp and has speed!  We took Spodogg up there last week, he couldn't beat a fat man here-yet, 20/1 ML he goes off at 2/1, and wires the field!! Go Figure!!

If they have and associate that makes financial decisions that strongly benefiting 1 , Tertrick, and maybe Delong , all though I don’t see JD’s services in demand for the BC they will eventually cut their nose of to spite their face, cut down all the trees cause they can’t see the forest, or whatever cliché you want to use.
Horsemen need to realize that tracks  make decisions that help the track the most.
So horsemen need to make sound decisions that help the whole association as much as possible.

Couldn't agree more. Horseman lose sight of the fact the track is not considered a profit center for the casino attached.

2nd means you can race in the same class?  Asking for a friend!

If you bet your horse, you lost whatever you bet into the race too!
