Ha ha ha  Got me. I saw more stiffs today at Buffalo Raceway than at amigone funeral home. Horses at 2.5 being ripped off the car.

With Nappo gone that opens the one post for others . Other than team Rice nobody was luckier at the draw

Look at the bright side!  Only 8 weeks left until Batavia opens!  Probably a purse decrease from Buffalo, but a safer track!

Larry Stalbaum hasn’t raced there in years. What vacation did he get.

Anyone here remember Larry Stalbaum, Pete Wrenn and Todd Warren driving in the 80s at Saginaw Valley Downs? BTW...Lennie Caulderone was the announcer there!

Pretty lenient penalty for 3 test.
But so is the case for this business.

Stalbaum has always had his own 'program'.  Watch for the cycles!  FYI, Larry has taken some good money out of WNY since the beginning of this year!

  • Calhoun: IDK about offshore booking wagers on $4.5k tri pools. I doubt it but IDK. It's possible.   As an aside, Jimenez won a Grade 1 on the great Knicks Go.

  • Trigger: Very good analysis Calhoun, moreso from my perspective that Albin Jimenez was suspended and the #2 ride was really suspicious and overooked.  Is it possible that there is action equal to far greater outside mutual pools worldwide?

  • Calhoun: That tri pool was $4500. Net of takeout $3300.  Out of 60 possible outcomes, the result was  5th most likely out of 60 (using win odds to calc). Paid 14 to 1. Doesn't seem awful. It also would have been bet pretty good by the genpop. Maybe rigged for the 3 to win but the tri? I think not too likely.

  • Trigger: The race that everyone is talking about where Jimenez #1 stiffs his horse to finish behind the #3 his gf, but no one mentions the #2 (Lebron) and how he stiffed to be behind Jimenez.  To set up the 312 tri watch the stretch. [link]
