Simple and factual answer is Tim Masters Yonkers "trackman" with zero experience had the track like a dry beach again. Horses punching through, you know.the rest. He is far more effective sitting in Delancey's in Goshe n doing what he does best. Now he is dangerous not just useless.

Fast at the Draw broke his leg on the first bend , obviously due to freezing conditions. Why was the racing not cancelled if the conditions were that bad.
