I heard that a horse in the 1st race got hurt.   This caused a investigation and they then shut down racing.

Simple and factual answer is Tim Masters Yonkers "trackman" with zero experience had the track like a dry beach again. Horses punching through, you know.the rest. He is far more effective sitting in Delancey's in Goshe n doing what he does best. Now he is dangerous not just useless.
