#7 BB had no control (Broken Equipment) Yelled to everybody the problem and they were just staying clear of him. It did look like a comedy show.

Judges said they could not declare it a no contest since everyone actually finished the race. I do not agree with the decision myself. the betting public was defrauded in my opinion.

Considering that there were multiple times when other drivers had to take evasive action just for safety's sake, the race should at the very least been declared a "no contest" for betting purposes. You want to go ahead and pay out the purse, fine and good...but anyone who bet that race got screwed.
