I respect Finley but already knew this was the industry's explanation; same industry that claims little to no doping. Still not convinced. To me, zero reason with computers these odds can't be calculated at close if gate. I got no proof but trust my instincts. Post gate odds are accurate too often imo to be coincidence.
Fair assumption except all "those" computers are not interconnected. They just communicate with the server for the track in question. The article I posted wasn't created by any horseracing entity either, but ESPN. also
