The next time they find a positive with out of competition testing in NY will be the first time. You clowns don't understand the rules. In NY, the Gaming Commission doesn't even know what farms horses are at. It is not like NJ, where the training centers have to maintain a roster for the NJRC.

There's no secret as to where people are stabled. This didn't just happen overnight, the warnings were there late last year. As usual everyone in the game laughed it off. Joe Faraldo lost his biggest ally in Albany, that's where this all began.  tmbz1
