daddy told aaron you cant leave. if you think he was gonna miss that on his own accord you are way off. he has to answer to the courts now.  summit county owns him for now.

I would think getting the OK to go would be an informality. OTOH, case by case, and perhaps this is where they say, screw you! LOL. I think he no shows because of the damage to his rep. Who knows. Who cares. LOL.

They still have a presence----Hoosier, Horseshoe Indy, Harrah's Chester, Scioto, and aren't they opening up some new t-bred track? I would suspect they want to keep their foot in the door for any new casino/location that is up for grabs, racetrack or not.
