Mr. Bateson engaged in a physical altercation with another driver on the race track after race 13 on 3/13/24. His action was against the best interest of racing. Mr. Bateson had a hearing with the judges on 3/19/24. He is hereby fined $1000 and suspended from driving for 20 days. The penalty will be reduced to a fine of $500 and 10 days driving suspension if not appealed. O.S.R.C.-3769-12-26(A)(10) 3769-17-29(5) The fine must be paid by 3/29/24. Mr. Bateson has 48 hours to appeal this ruling. Fined: $ 1,000
