Regarding Lew...he trained for me both in Ohio and California and I am almost positive the tractor was in PA and believe me Lew would not what a tractor looked like if you showed him a picture. Under a tractor is how he died but it is not hard to connect the dots.

To set the record straight. Lew Williams died at the age of 42 in 1989. He died while driving a tractor up a steep embankment at Bel Clare Farm in NJ.  The tractor fell over and pinned him under it.
