I think if a trainer gets a positive they should have strict consequences to prevent them or others from getting a positive. Ex. Get a positive and lose your license permanently, can't transfer a horse period. Thoughts?

The majority of all those TCO2's were all from the B Track's. Mohawk is a joke!
