AGENT COMMISSION DEFINITION FROM NY GAMING.
The portion of Net Win paid to the casino operator as compensation for operating the gaming facility. Most operating expenses of the gaming facility are paid from the agent commission (including the horse racing subsidies), with the exception of the gaming floor itself, which is provided by the other vendors and paid for by the Lottery.
Effective April 12th, Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2019 repealed and replaced the existing marketing and capital award programs. Pursuant to the new provisions, agent commission rates are inclusive of marketing and capital award funds. Agents shall dedicate 4% of net win, subject to a $2.5 million annual cap, to capital award projects.

As is every track owner with little or no future is putting in the minimum to stay compliant. Gural has gone way beyond that yet, he still has zero credibility with some people. This is still a business. Tough decision are made everyday.

From 1,100,000 he pays purses and track expenses.   Its 100,000 a week in purses.

Leaves 700,000 a month for track employees and expenses.   The casino employees are paid under another line. 

The casino expenses for 7 day a week security, all the employees, etc is 200,000 a month.   Let’s say track payroll is bigger for 2 days a week (its not bigger but let’s be liberal).   300,000 payroll a month.

Leaves 400,000 leftover.   

The guy is making a fortune.   In this example we don’t add any proceeds for months that Vernon is closed, the slots keep on spinning even when track is dark.

Gural is fucking over the connunity, the track, the state, etc.   a total fucking creepy greedy scum.
