It's absolutely incredible. It's like a Who's Who of harness racing. At the high end vets make all the risk assessments with medications ... how could they get it so wrong? Was there an allowable threshold that got reduced to zero?

https://ustrottingnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Rulings-12292023.pdf   Two and three years it took to bring these penalties in New Jersey? What the heck is the racing commission being paid for?!

New Jersey changed the cutoff from 24 hours to 48 and didn’t bother to tell anybody. These trainers all won their appeal in the real courts and the NJRC decided not to recognize the ruling

Pure bullshit.  Just like the Charlie May fiasco.  Fuck New Jersey.  Build a mile track in New York.

NY already has a 7/8's mile track it's called Vernon Downs, was a 3/4 with a chute. Jeff Gural. had some nice stake races years ago. Can't draw flies anymore. Not just about the size, Lol.  Syracuse was a great time, when it was at the fair and when it was a short meet, and some fantastic miles, Niatross and American Winner to name a couple. shitty track. No more racing. No fair racing at the Erie County Fair. Look at the plans for Yonkers, maybe I missed the track in all the renderings. It's sinking and a mile track in NY won't help
