« on: February 17, 2024, 05:00:12 PM »

Joey B gonna be racing at Miami Valley starting on March 1. The family seems to be cracking and splitting up.
Adios Joe no more Yonkers. You will not be missed.

We'll see but if so not all that surprising as they have been sprinkling in some horses, plus that's where the money is [handle or not]. Bring him on. Let them burn. ;D 11.wp 11.wp

He did well while at Northfield.   Ohio is a great place if you have the stock/money behind you

On Thursday, Miami Valley did around $480,000 handle on 14 races right after Monticello ended, which did around $840,000 on 13 races! The purse structures are vastly different and even with bigger fields at Miami Valley, Monticello just about DOUBLED the Ohio handle, hours apart.

Only saw him drive at the Big M where he had the whipping incident. Hopefully, he has learned not to punish his drives anymore. Waiting to see where he ranks among the Ohio colony before consider using him.

Wizard, he is not racing for handle. He is racing for purse money.

Come on now...the insiders here, all of you who know about the "open windows" and who they are left open for, who is sleeping with who, why Pelling left the US and went back home, why Takter "retired" and all of you are so piped into what's really going on in this industry behind the scenes...the insiders have to know the real reasons why Joe is going to Ohio...right? 🤣😉🤔🤷‍♂️

He has the money behind him and can get fresh stock for this venture too!

From my understanding he isn't going out with any/many horses. Mainly looking to go out and pursue driving

Page solidified his position in the Bragade by becoming a partner on a couple of good horses and nobody knows how many babies that are in the pipeline! I used Joey B. at Nfld and no matter where he finished,he would always say "Thanks for the drive!" I'm wondering if Burke encouraged this move so he can be consistent with drivers for the enriched Stakes season in Ohio and the short scoot to Indiana! It won't take long for the reasons for the move to surface.
