This isn't a TV show. This is reality. If the complaint was made then law enforcement will investigate. From the same evidence we see and more. They will pull the actual correspondence wherever it was made by phone or the net. Then the video. Did he have intent? Yes. A judge will issue a warrant. It doesn't happen overnight. But it will.

I think he gets off with just the embarrassment of the situation... He INTENTED to suck off a 15 year old, Yes..But there was never a 15 year old present or involved. How can you lock him up for intent when their was never a 15 year old involved? What would he be charged with? I think there's a lot worst in harness racing then Allard.

As been shown hundreds of times on the different Chris Hansen series it doesn't matter if there  WAS a fifteen year old or not as there never were any minors in those shows but ALL the pervs got arrested.

I'm not a lawyer but IMO these guys have broken the law by soliciting what they THOUGHT was a minor and that was shown in the texts in this case.  Once they go for a meet it IS intent and basically case closed.
