But back in the day the best 3 year olds including the best of all went track to track racing at least 20 to 25 times    Of course not as fast and no breeders crowns at the end of the year

The durability of the breed went out the window about 15yrs ago, when the rocket ship babies became the highest sellers. The new breeds were losing durability as the speed continued to increase. To compound the problem, casino funds were added to the purses! Nowadays the fastest babies go all out at 2&3. Problem is that they are cooked by the time they are 4yrs old! At the rate that it's going, aftercare will become a monumental problem!

Speed kills! I was saying that 20 years ago.  You can pace in 50 with a last quarter in 26 and not get a check  absurd

Confederate will not go.  He's in Ky for Sire Stakes.  Seven Colors will jog with no competition.  Dexter already committed to him for the rest of the year.  Fulton is fried and won't be around in any major stakes.  Will probably get some B rated driver the rest of the year.  Seven Colors to win the Jug for fun!

One dash for the cash and he will have to draw good and pray for a fast pace.  If someone makes front cheap and he's back 2nd or 3rd over he might be in trouble.  He doesn't have a quick foot.  Takes him a while to get geared up.  That being said he can cruise at high speed for a long time!

How are some of these horses still getting votes?  I mean seriously, Voukefalas is still getting votes?  Are some of the voters family members of the owner or trainer?  A complete joke!
