I always wondered how "he's a vet" actually applies to picking yearlings, getting them to the races, etc. I guess the "he's a vet" accusation basically means he can make them go fast, period. But they still have to be able to go fast-----confirmation, soundness, gait, etc. I guess the "he's a vet" accusation overcomes the soundness problem, LOL.
So, Moore, because he's a vet.....does this mean he has access to stuff that no other vet does? Just curious.
Back to reality, Moore is an excellent horseman. He is well liked and well respected by his peers. That might carry more credibility than the people here who say his success is simply because he's a vet.
