Word is there's still more to come, we'll see. Mr. Cherry is popped. Not sure what just fines are supposed to accomplish though.

It's the same with all of them. Brazen because even after being sent to prison they think they are smarter than everyone else and will get away with it because until now nobody ever did a thing to question or stop them. And the reason for that is because so many criminals are actually in positions of power in the USTA. It seems that may be changing with all the publicity and release of unquestionable evidence pretty much burying these guys. It's not any one thing, it's across the board and finally the USTA and states HAVE to do something. Like I mentioned last week, when state attorney generals start getting involved they can't hide or ignore it anymore.

Surick always been a douche. Speaking of douches...Lucparc tried so hard to be his friend and defended him to the end. What an idiot.

This goes back to what Howard Taylor said to the KY racing commission. Handshake deals. Eric claimed in an article last year that he owns  over 200 horses in partnership with Dana Parham and various other owners and trainers. How often his horses actually compete with each other?  More and more often it seems like the entire game is rigged.

Blind ownership needs to end.

It is hard to find anyone who liked Surick. Anyone dealing with him should pay the price.

Sandals will do anything to stay in the game. He has no morals or shame. His only regret is getting caught.

 & breaking up with Hannah?
We went out to eat with them in Lexington one year, he spent more time looking in the mirror than the girls did.

"Handshake deals"

Who pays the taxes?
Who pays insurance?
How are proceeds paid out?

Regulators don't want any part of policing this filthy industry. They just care about the giant vacuum cleaner that is tax on slot machines. That is it.

What a shit sport.

Find Irish/UK/French racing on TV and you see people 4-5 deep on the rail.

Racing is growing as an industry on every continent except North America.

Garbage welfare industry run by/for about 100 people with another thousand or two mongrels sniffing for tidbits on the ground.
