Anyone who thinks Zeron got six months and a big fine for MISLABELLING GASTROGARD, is either blind or outright lying. There's a lot more to this story, but unfortunately the truth will probably never come out. If this was true (and it is not) Zeron would have came out firing, went to the press etc. Instead he has went away, appealed and hopes they will let him race all stakes season and reduce it to 60 days come November.
The real joke here is the so called rules emforcers in Ontario. Someone needs to grow a set of balls & fine these people massive amounts of money, with lengthy suspensions. If the rules breakers appeal, it should be heard within 30 days & if the appeal is lost, mandatory doubled fines and suspensions!!!
