If as HT claims that it's all about improper labels on Gastrogard and not a positive then why has nothing been made public. Guilty or not in any suspension by AGCO the details should be made public and not hide behind rule book numbers that the public does not know. Other than the Ron Adams suspension the Zeron suspension are the two biggest in Ontario in recent memory, you would think others would be put on the back burner.

 It's interesting to note also the suddenly everyone knows it was just Gastroguard.

ORC has a dossier 10 inches thick on Ricky. Perhaps they have had enough now under AGCO. Not the first time he has been caught with unmarked medications, was on Sandy DiFlorios hard drive of clients that got swept under the rug bc it was gonna bring down the biggest names. Taking horses to a certain farm to get preraced, and his name appeared on a list Randy Rankin provided (somehow was getting confidential information before it was released) who eventually was murdered (connected to something unrelated to horse racing).

So just like Al Capone who wasnt convicted of racketerinng, murder, or bootlegging, he was charged with tax evasion.

Maybe the powers that be are singing a new tune, if we cant get you on this then we will get you on that.

In my opinion you are an asshole. Atlanta did nothing wrong. She never tested positive. In fact, Rick Zeron did not have a positive either. The issue deals only with improper labels on Gastrogard.
She is a great filly, and the new owners are lucky to get her
