Wiggles doesn't think it's Mike, he knows it ain't.

His screenshotting posting is to create associations that are an attempt to discredit someone like Mike, or retaliate against someone they don't like, Mike supporters, animal advocacy, anti-corruption in racing....

Otherwise overall, wiggles is just an annoying shit.
