Race call of the day
« on: October 14, 2026, 06:34:18 PM »
Watch and listen to the replay from Harrington race 6.  Classic passed his prime Jack calling a Delaware stakes final.  The beginning is hilarious.  He says glasses, sounds like he dropped a bottle of liquor or something.   ngc3

I give Jack a pass because he's in his early 80's and should be retired but can't because he gambles.

That’s his own fault.  The races calls continue to get worse but this one was hilarious!  Jack is a legend but needs to hang it up.

Someone tell Roger this. He should not be calling a single race anywhere.

Trotter that won is out of a pacing mare. See that a little more and more these days.

The race was a Sire Stakes final. In the winners' circle, he named the owner as Burke, Weaver Brucemi. I believe they have the top 3-year-old Delawarebred pacer, too. How big of a stable do they have there?  Nice place to race with Harrington and Dover.

He has a few stakes horse and an occasional open trotter but not much of a stable for Harrington.  You see him send a few more when Dover is racing.
