And just think. Doc was set to retire but along came Beau. Now Shalom. I don’t know if this is good or bad luck for doc.  But it sure is good for the fans and being a Roy fan I am glad to see him driving this one instead of losing the drive to McClure. McClure has his hot moments and seems like a good guy but Roy to me is not only a GREAT Driver but he also can tactfully win without the best horse.

You are correct there, Roy is a really good driver and can drive with anyone. I'm sure Shalom will get beat along the way but will be another horse to win a $1 million or $2 from the Moore stable.

I like the kid, his dad was a pretty good horseman. I don't think he's in Dexter's class yet.
