out of the 700 hundred or so pigeons they claim to have , 3-4 have any say
 the more money you put in, the more say you might have

"Might", as you might not know shit.

First you say they have a say then you say "might".

You don't like the non harness talk.

Your talk is worse.

Go read a book you confused dummy!  ngc3

My question has always been is there a payout to investors and most importantly the structure of blind pool of horses to be purchasd.

Legally this sounds like a security.   Especially the buying and selling of shares on a website.   Additionally without input an investor creates a security interest.   I assume this fella has a great attorney.   If not he truly is at a huge risk.  With the new Canadian issues with Trump watch out for the horse business as well.   Tariffs.   Import of horses. Expert.  Canadian citizenship.

The buckets imo are illegal.  That is a blind pool.

mr sweet
let me help you out
please read slowly so you keep up
i said 3-4 have say because they are the inner circle who amac leans on for general topics like yearlings, staking etc
the reason i say might have is because outside of that inner circle of 3-4 who advise on all things there is the odd occasion where an individual outside of this group might /could have a  say in a particular horse if they owned a significant share of that horse
sorry to interrupt your reading of Shakespeare for this clarification

If they are smart, anybody who does this, does everything they possibly can to avoid it being classified as a security. I have no idea about what goes on with Canadian securities laws, but if he was smart, he would have a very smart attorney drafting all the documents, and they would be framing this as an "experience" and not an investment. Unless you are considering going in on this, who cares anyway? Seems like a lot of haters, which is not uncommon here.
