Nice sale overall. Gonna guess the average was under $15k, but I've long said the average is easily distorted, and the mean is more relevant. Remember, it's math! Statistics don't lie, but statisticians do! LOL. But, nice sale. This sale has a very important, key, place in NY. For many reasons. This is a good, solid, second-tier type sale where the average bread and butter owner can afford to buy and be in the sport. It's a good, quality, local, NY-central focused sale.
