Statistics don't lie, but statisticians do! LOL. But, nice sale. This sale has a very important, key, place in NY. For many reasons. This is a good, solid, second-tier type sale where the average bread and butter owner can afford to buy and be in the sport. It's a good, quality, local, NY-central focused sale. Great for the industry.
