New stakes races at the Meadowlands in 2027

Details to follow in the next couple of weeks from the SBOANJ and the Meadowlands. The new stakes will be, surprise, for the last weekend in July and the first weekend in August. Is this going to be like what's going on in the t-bred game now? Maybe. LOL.

Can't help but think.....if all this work, effort, etc., went into the Hambo bid.....nobody would be having this conversation.

I’m guessing it developed after the loss of the Hambo.

I’m guessing it developed after the loss of the Hambo.

They should have a three year old trot on Hambo day structured like the Sun Stakes at Pocono with the main race and two consolation races. Consolation 2 would have a purse equal to the Hambo and go up from there.

yes Kenneth ngc3

Gural will create a series with consolation #2 having a purse of $1mil.... consolation 1 more than $1mil ...and the Final even more than that.... and he will fund it out of his own pocket ngc3

the guy publicly cries about the electric bill and suddenly he will whip out over $3.5 mil for some fake series when all the best 3yo trotters will be in Indiana ngc3
