Parx forgot to remove show wagering
it happens-usually at a small Canadian track
but it does happen
for any bridgejumpers to get down on this--they must watch every race from every track waiting for this to happen
then they had 7 minutes to see it hoping the host track would forget
it is not worth their time to do this
another possibility is Parx intentionally let it go... two gate scratches... gambling that no one on track would make a large wager
the venue that takes the show bet is responsible for the minus pool so Parx isn't affected other than increasing their handle
