even the track announcer was laughing and embarrassed.

Yes SAW..all at the end of Scioto's meet last year
Although I don't know why 3 threads are necessary 
The Noble's got banned from Scioto, Miami Valley and Dayton
Not by any entity per say.. tracks decision.
