Throw him in jail like Servis and Navarro AFTER you catch him and convict him. I am all for that. In this case, positive test or not, with what he pulled at the close of that one meet-----if it could be done legally, I would have suspended him for conduct detrimental to the sport/business (under the guise of private property rights). Simply take away his ability to race at your track. However, that very, very rarely happens and that is the problem. When it does, track ownership, the state, whoever, always handles it half-ass backwards and/or caves. Only Gural has done it successfully, and even he caved most of the time, so in the end, it wasn't a success. I think the only one he was successful on was Howard Taylor.

Anyone residing in Ohio can tell you many stories of the Noble clan. Believe me on that.

They beat up the wrong guy...

They beat up Buddy Gilmour at RR years back...

Maybe guys like Noble need to have their knees

and shoulder busted up ...

maybe that is all they would understand...

Its like they say Screw you to all in the sport...

He really needs to be taught a lesson....

but not gonna happen....

Maybe thats it....

Get real Capt. It's like asking when they need to construct a specifically harness racing incarceration facility.
Better call Trump to round those bastards up. Oh fellas, those are nice driving gloves. Try some of these taser
gloves. BZZZZZZZZ. Can you feel the rush? ngc3
