But then again, certain trainers are in the publics crosshairs because of their newfound success.....
Dennis Laterza has been a mediocre trainer for a very long time. ..
It's like Damn Yankees- making a deal with the devil for success.....
Are there "average joe" trainers that have had thst kind of luck?

I am in the Yonkers race office all the time I'm very good friends with the race secretary and the assistant. I can assure you that there's no monkey business going on. By the way it's the judges that draw the races not the race office,,, a horsemen is always present watching over the draw.

Races can be drawn without a horseman present since they are done by computer.
