Personal preference of the buyers.

I’ve chatted with people and they’re not afraid to buy Burke horses.

Different strokes for different folks.

Ask Anthony how that is working out for TheStable? Gave Burke about 180K US for two horses recently. One already is done with a tendon tear and the other can't do at Mohawk in an optional 30 claimer. I could name another five that went to other interests and can't even bill their monthly bill. So get lost with this burke shit, the only way to punish these outfits is to NOT big one penny and ensure those owners get nothing on the way out. But there are morons like Anthony and the like who think they are on that level.

He took the chance.

He knew the risk associated with the decision.

if you buy from burke you are hoping to maintain the horses level,no one is improving off him ( off course there is always the 1% exception
I'm sure Anthony buys off him since he knows the horses are racing at top levels and hopes to just maintain them
dixie dream and nuclear have not even covered their training bills( not even close) let alone eat i to the purchase cost
but its not just amac to blame. he has owners( pigeons) who buy what he buys

it is very easy to buy horses online without checking them out when you are buying with other people's money and taking no risk.   From day 1 you receive a training bill and management fees and if there are earnings the funds come to you for your payment or expenses.   What a perfect model.

I've ask many times if anyone ever received a distribution from any of the winnings. I also would be concerned with deductions since they claim for entertainment purposes as well as SEC violations.   By stating for entertainment purposes they may eliminate so.e lawsuits but the investors could lose the writoffs of their investment.   Very questionable.  Additionally I would be cautious with "shares" and would love to see a security evaluation for protection in the selling and buying of shares as well as blind pools of investment.

I am sure they would of hired top security counsel before raising funds for blind pools worldwide.

The assume zero risk.  Guaranteed cash flow/ profit without risk.
